Harcourts, a prominent real estate firm, required a new commercial workplace fitout at Springfield Central to enhance their operational efficiency and reflect their professional ethos. Leithal Designs was approached to create a space that would be open and inviting, catering to various business functions while adhering to a strict budget.
Open Office Area
The fitout features a large open office area designed to foster a vibrant, collaborative environment perfect for dynamic teamwork. This space allows for easy interaction among employees, promoting a culture of openness and cooperation.
Boardroom and Meeting Spaces
A sleek and sophisticated boardroom provides an ideal setting for important discussions and decisions. Additionally, a flexible meeting hub offers spaces for brainstorming sessions and meetings, accommodating the diverse needs of the team.
Quiet Spaces
Recognizing the need for focused work, cozy and quiet spaces have been included. These areas offer employees a retreat for concentration or a moment of calm, enhancing productivity and well-being.
Lunchroom and Reception Area
The beautiful open lunchroom serves as a welcoming space for employees to relax and recharge. The inviting reception area sets the tone for a great experience, making a positive first impression on visitors and clients.

Harcourts required an open and inviting space that could serve multiple functions, including private offices, a boardroom, meeting rooms, quiet spaces, ample storage, and an open plan office with workstations and collaboration areas. Every detail was meticulously crafted to meet these requirements while maintaining a sleek and sophisticated aesthetic.
