Sonia Leith worked closely with Husk Distillery to create and deliver a finished structure that spoke to the 'farm to table' ethos of the vision, while meeting the fire, building and interior codes for both a hospitality venue and a distillery. Materials such as wood, exposed brickwork, stone and metal create a striking first impression while paying homage to the building's industrial function and farm locale.
