Do you organise building approval and compliance documentation?
We prepare and coordinate the architectural and interior documentation required for assessment by the project's private building certifier. Depending on the scope, additional information may also be required from structural, fire, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or other specialist consultants. The building certifier remains responsible for assessing the project and issuing the relevant building approval or certification.
Can you help us obtain accurate builder pricing?
Yes. Detailed and coordinated fitout documentation gives builders a clearer scope to price and makes competing quotations easier to compare. We can assist with preparing tender documentation, approaching suitable commercial builders, responding to tender queries and reviewing quotations for scope gaps or significant differences before you appoint a contractor.
